Abstract
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the extent of involvement of spinal cord on MRI in patients with clinical diagnosis of transverse myelitis.
Initial assessment of spinal cord with MRI with meticulous history is important as it provides adequate information to the clinician Auto antibodies testing usually takes long time. Hence detailed history, Clinical features, imaging findings play vital role.
